parkplace's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A Full House Listening To: The Best Deceptions by Dashboard Confessional Today was pretty sad. I had my third preformance of the Wizard of Oz today and tomorrow will be my last. Today, my grandparents, my great aunt, my parents, my sibling and their friends came today to see me preform as the Tin-Man. The house was sold out. Every single Wizard of Oz show has been sold out and tomorrow is sold out also. The play has got rave reviews in the local newspapers and magazines. I just felt so good once I heard that because it was the first time in my life in which I actaully felt so fucking proud of myself for all the commitment and work that I did. My mom came today to watch me preform. She left a fucking message on my answering machine saying that she had to leave 5 minutes early to she my uncle scott for somthing. She didn't even come see me at the end of the play the say hello... I am pissed about that. Isn't she supposed to actually wait for me to get my silver make-up off to tell me how good I did? She did just come from a different state to see me preform. Don't get me wrong, it's not like I am selfish or anything. I am just really dissapointed and mad at my mother because all she could have done was to wait another 10 minutes and hug me and say I did well and say she has to run. I mean, I hardly even see her anyway and she had to leave my fucking play that I have been working oh-so-very-hard on since January.(Justin, don't tell mom any word of this or I will personally kill you.) Damn, am I depressed right now. Dashboard Confessional really isn't helping. Oh, but for some reason, I crave for this feeling of sadness.
